Chef

We are looking for a hands on, fast, and disciplined chef to lead our healthy kitchen at OMG Kanha. The role involves preparing fresh salads, including global styles like Mexican and protein based bowls, along with sandwiches, subs, and basic breads. The chef should be skilled in making and standardizing sauces, dressings, and spreads, and also be comfortable preparing healthy juices and smoothies. More than advanced culinary training, we value consistency, speed, and a strong sense of ownership. The candidate must be able to follow systems, maintain strict hygiene, manage daily prep efficiently, and ensure that every order is consistent in taste and portion. Experience in cafés, cloud kitchens, or health focused food setups is preferred. This role is ideal for someone who can take responsibility for the kitchen end to end, work closely with a small team, and deliver clean, high quality food in a fast paced environment.
