Job Description

  • Credit Appraisal & Underwriting
  • Assess loan applications for LAP & Home Loans.
  • Analyze financial statements, income documents, property valuations, and customer profiles.
  • Evaluate repayment capacity and risk factors before sanctioning loans.


  • Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, RBI/NBFC guidelines, and internal risk frameworks.
  • Identify early warning signals and recommend corrective actions.
  • Portfolio Monitoring
  • Track loan performance and maintain healthy asset quality.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of sanctioned loans.
  • Coordination & SupportWork closely with sales, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Liaise with external agencies (valuers, legal advisors, credit bureaus) for verification and due diligence.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support internal/external audits.
