Laptop & CCTV Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV & Laptop Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems as well as laptop and desktop hardware/software support. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, customer-friendly, and capable of field and in-shop service work.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.
• Perform wiring, cabling, and network setup.
• Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and computers.
• Troubleshoot CCTV system issues and perform maintenance.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers.

Laptop / Computer Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptop and desktop hardware problems.
• Install and configure operating systems such as Microsoft Windows.
• Replace components (RAM, SSD, keyboard, battery, display, motherboard, etc.).
• Install drivers and essential software.
• Remove viruses and optimize system performance.
• Handle data backup and recovery.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of CCTV installation and networking basics.
• Strong laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field service.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Hardware, or related field preferred.
