Branch Manager

• Operational Management: Direct daily operations, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to attract customers, increase revenue, and achieve established sales targets and performance goals.
• Leadership and Staffing: Train, motivate, and supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and handle HR-related tasks to foster high morale.
• Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships, resolve escalated inquiries, and ensure high-quality service standards.
