SDM / CAM / SR CAM - Bancassurance

As a Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our partner banks to drive sales of life insurance products. This role involves working closely with bank branches to offer our insurance solutions to their customers, thereby achieving business targets and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and partner bank branches.
2. Build strong relationships with branch staff and bank managers to promote our products.
3. Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to educate them on our product offerings and sales processes.
4. Drive sales of life insurance products through the bancassurance channel, meeting or exceeding set targets.
5. Provide excellent customer service to bank customers, addressing their queries and offering suitable insurance solutions.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
2. Minimum 6 months experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong relationship-building abilities.
5. Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes is preferred.
