Job Description:

Sha Impex is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle the sales operations of Supreme E-Lite multilayer plumbing products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, plumbers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities in the assigned territory (primarily Kozhikode & North Kerala)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, plumbing contractors, and influencers
• Conduct market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
• Execute promotional activities and support marketing initiatives
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
• Ensure business growth through consistent field activity

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building materials, plumbing, pipes & fittings, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel
• Ability to work independently and handle field operations responsibly
