*xclusive is expanding its operations across Kerala and into other parts of India. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.

*Career Growth Path:*

Selected candidates will begin as Business Associates/Trainees and undergo 3 months of comprehensive training covering key areas of marketing, sales, team management, and communication.

Upon successful completion:

• Promotion to Senior Business Associate

• Career progression towards Team Leader / Business Development Executive roles within 6 months

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Identify and explore new business opportunities

• Present and promote our products and services to potential clients

• Represent the brand during client interactions and meetings

• Support team activities and contribute to overall business growth

• Continuously develop skills toward future leadership roles

• Maintain a positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude
