Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellor who will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them on suitable courses and colleges, and converting leads into successful admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
• Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals
• Provide detailed counselling on courses, colleges, and career paths
• Explain admission processes, eligibility, fees, and timelines clearly
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Drive conversions and achieve admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions for smooth admission processing
