In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by directly engaging with contractors, promoting our world-class paints and coatings products, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with contractors, ensuring excellent customer service and support

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with contractors and drive sales growth

Contractor Engagement: Provide training, and product knowledge to contractors

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives

Market Insights: Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform business decisions

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the paint or construction industry

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Education: Any degree

Knowledge: Familiarity with paint products, contractor needs, and market trends
