HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employee lifecycle management (confirmation, performance appraisals, and exits), payroll coordination, attendance, statutory compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, policy implementation, performance management, and maintenance of accurate HR records, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA/MSW in Human Resources and have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong knowledge of core HR functions and labour legislation.
