Position Criteria – Field Recruiter (Delivery Hiring)

1. Background:

 Candidates from any HR background who are willing to work as Field Recruiters

(responsible for hiring delivery executives).

2. Experience:

 Minimum 6 months or more of relevant experience in recruitment or related roles.

 Male candidates preferred.

 Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass).

5. Skills & Tools:

 Must be familiar with G2 sourcing portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, etc.

 Good communication and networking skills for on-ground recruitment.

6. Availability:
