Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Hi-lite (On-ground fundraising desk)

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

🔹 Job Responsibilities

Engage with visitors at the mall fundraising desk in a polite and confident manner

Explain NGO projects such as Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Social Welfare

Motivate people to support the cause through donations (ethical fundraising only)

Maintain accurate records of donor details and contributions

Follow instructions from the Team Leader and Campaign Manager

Work towards daily and weekly fundraising targets

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language

Confident personality with a positive attitude

Comfortable interacting with people in a public environment

Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Willingness to work in a mall-based setup

Training will be provided for freshers
