Sales Manager

An Agency Development Manager (ADM) drives revenue growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents or partners to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and fostering relationships with agents to increase market penetration. The role involves high-intensity sales support and team management. 

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations (FODs) to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales skills.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans by motivating agents to reach targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze agent performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with agents and provide ongoing support and mentorship.
• Compliance & Process: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and sales processes. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any domain
• Experience: Generally 1-5 years in sales, business development in any field
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong drive for results.
