Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Training: Find, onboard, train, and mentor new agents, ensuring they understand products and sales processes.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
• Performance Management: Monitor agent KPIs, conduct reviews, provide coaching, and address underperformance.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, particularly in regulated fields like insurance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and other internal teams for seamless operations. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven sales/business development background, with management experience preferred.
• Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Analytical: Ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
