Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling domestic Hydrogen/Alkaline Ionized Water Machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our range of products.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training and support to ensure team success.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various stake holders to drive sales growth & product adoption.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and address sales challenges, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and drive sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the health, wellness or technology products.
• Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive business growth.
• Familiarity with Alkaline water or health-related products is a plus.
