Job Title/Designation: Team Lead - Academics

The Team Lead – Academic Coordinators is responsible for guiding, supervising, and supporting the Academic Coordinator team to ensure smooth academic operations, high student satisfaction, and consistent academic outcomes. This role acts as the bridge between faculty, management, students, and parents, ensuring that academic systems run efficiently and standards are maintained across all branches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Academic Coordinators to ensure smooth academic operations.
• Oversee attendance, scheduling, faculty coordination, and student support.
• Handle escalations and review team performance.
• Update trackers, prepare reports, and improve processes.
• Train coordinators and ensure adherence to academic standards.
