Zonal Head - Third Party Products Distribution in Branch Banking

Zonal Head TPP - Branch Banking| Kozhikode

To ensure that Third Party Fee Income products such as Insurance, mutual Funds, E Broking, RBI Bonds etc. are distributed in the allocated Branch Banking Zones and business targets are achieved.

1. Working with TPP head for allocation of budget at Branch level and resource level.
2. Create a monthly business plan with Zonal Heads and Cluster Heads. 
3. Engage with the partners at local level to ensure that monthly plans are supported for achievement.
4. Drive Certification and Training o Branch Banking staff in zones.
5. Own the TPP Budget for the zone , and execute business plan for achievement of the same.
6. To Create awareness and drive sales of  TPP through in the Zone.
7. Work Closely with Branch Banking Zonal Heads on execution of plan and achievement of targets.
8. Create various drives and activities in zones.
9. Review partner activities at zonal level.
10. Help in customer query and management at zonal level.

Experience: 10 to 14 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
Post Graduation (Any Specialization) 
MBA Preferable
