Job Description
Home Theatre Sales Executive
- Assist walk-in and online customers in selecting the best home theatre systems, Bluetooth speakers, and AV setups based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain features, benefits, and brand differences to customers, and make personalised product recommendations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing inquiries.
- Conduct live product demos and presentations in showrooms or client premises.
- Maintain relationships with retail customers, architects, and interior designers for business referrals.
- Coordinate with installation technicians to ensure seamless delivery and setup of systems.
- Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
