Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Adhi Vinayagar Enterprises is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development in the Krishnagiri region. The role involves identifying new customers, promoting and selling industrial equipment, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the automobile industry are preferred, and experience in air compressors and forklift sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell company products including industrial equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
• Provide market feedback and competitor information to management.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in the automobile industry preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in air compressors and forklifts is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
