Job Description
- Room Cleaning: Dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning mirrors, and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks).
- Bed Making: Changing linens, making beds, and replacing dirty towels.
- Restocking: Replenishing guest room amenities like soap, shampoo, coffee, tissues, and notepads.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting broken appliances, damaged furniture, or other maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Common Areas: Cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and fitness centers.
- Laundry: Handling guest laundry requests and processing hotel linens.
- Guest Service: Responding to guest requests (extra towels, cots) professionally and respecting guest privacy and "Do Not Disturb" signs.
