Job Description
- Guest Service:
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and offer water/welcome drinks.
- Assist waitstaff by delivering drinks from the bar or food from the kitchen.
- Handle basic guest inquiries and direct them to restrooms or exits.
- Sanitation & Hygiene:
- Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, glasses, and cookware.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and food prep surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Setup & Stocking:
- Clean and set tables with linens, cutlery, and decorations.
- Restock server stations with napkins, condiments, trays, and utensils.
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
