Student Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Student Counsellor who can guide students for admissions (India & Abroad), handle office responsibilities, and represent the company professionally. The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and basic operational abilities including driving when required.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, and career opportunities
• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, leads)
• Guide students through the admission process
• Maintain follow-ups and lead tracking
• Coordinate with colleges and internal teams
• Assist in marketing activities / events / campaigns
• Manage basic office operations when required
• Travel locally for student visits or work (if needed)
• Requirements:Excellent communication skills (English + Kannada / Hindi preferred)
• Confident, smart, and presentable personality
• Strong convincing and counselling ability
• Should be an all-rounder and quick learner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Driving skills (2-wheeler / 4-wheeler preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM / social media
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in education consultancy / counselling / sales is a plus
• Good appearance and grooming sense
• Energetic, responsible, and target-oriented
• Willing to grow with the company long-term
