Factory Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor – Manufacturing Unit (Kundli)

Location: Kundli, Haryana

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Kundli manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, managing workers, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with management for timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations and workforce at the unit.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Monitor product quality and maintain hygiene & safety standards.
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to workers.
• Maintain stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with management regarding production schedules, requirements, and challenges.
• Record daily production, attendance, and report issues proactively.
• Ensure proper upkeep of machinery and escalate maintenance needs.
• Train and motivate staff for efficiency and discipline.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision (preferably in food/FMCG sector).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of basic production processes, quality checks, and workplace safety.
• Ability to handle workforce efficiently and resolve issues quickly.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Email reporting).
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving.
