Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Location: Kundli, Sonipat

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor with FMCG background to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage workers, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards at the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day factory operations and workforce
• Ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of targets
• Monitor quality of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workers
• Coordinate with management for production planning and reporting
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of machinery
• Identify and resolve operational issues on the shop floor
• Maintain basic production records and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a factory/production supervisor (FMCG Industry)
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Ability to manage workers and handle shop-floor challenges
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in small or medium manufacturing units
• Local candidate from Sonipat/Kundli or nearby areas preferred
• Immediate joiner will be an advantage
