HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager (FMCG industry only)

Location: Kundli (Manufacturing Unit)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)

We require full HR workflow: payroll processing, salary, talent acquisition, job posting, staff training, documentation, conflict resolution, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers for our manufacturing unit and all stores.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.

• HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records and attendance.
• Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
• Handle leave management and employee queries.

• Compliance & Policies:
• Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
• Draft and implement HR policies suitable for manufacturing setup.
• Maintain discipline and grievance handling.

• Employee Engagement & Development:
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee welfare activities.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and boost employee morale.
• Support performance appraisal and career development initiatives.

• Coordination:
• Work closely with factory management, accounts, and administration.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing/industrial unit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
