Junior Hr Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive to manage and support our organization’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to efficiently handle recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding), maintaining employee records and databases, overseeing attendance, leave, and payroll, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, organizing employee engagement activities, assisting in performance appraisals, and addressing employee queries or grievances with professionalism to foster a positive workplace environment.
