The Role

You will support product development across gelato, vegan pastry, tofu-based savoury snacks, and QSR frozen SKUs. This role is perfect for someone technically sound who enjoys structured documentation and working across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Gelato & Frozen Desserts: Assist in formulating gelato, sorbet, and soft-serve while balancing sugar, fat, and stabilizer percentages.

Pastry & Bakery: Support the development of vegan brownies, tea cakes, and fillings, focusing on shelf-life stability and recipe standardization.

Savoury Innovation: Assist in developing tofu-based fillings, snack formats, and freeze-and-fry SKUs.

Parlour & QSR: Help create sundaes, shakes, and service SOPs for parlour teams.

R&D Control: Maintain structured sheets for ingredient percentages, costing, yield, and sample tracking.

Scale-Up: Support pilot production trials and coordinate with operations and sourcing teams.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1 to 4 years in a gelato/pastry kitchen, QSR, or food R&D.

Education: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Food Technology preferred.

Skills: Basic understanding of baking science, frozen product behavior, and proficiency in Excel.
