Recruiter – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.

• Develop and post job descriptions across relevant job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Coordinate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and develop hiring strategies.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting based on job requirements.

• Maintain candidate records and reports in the applicant tracking system.

• Negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters.

• Ensure timely onboarding of new hires and coordinate with HR operations.

• Build a strong employer brand through proactive engagement and networking.

• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6 months to 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques via social media, job boards, and networking.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in Volume/Bulk hiring.

• Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
