Job Description

Hybrid Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit book distributors to promote and sell our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into orders.
  • Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with clients for feedback and requirements.
  • Prepare and share visit reports, order details, and lead status with the sales team.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and support.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the publishing or education sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally for field visits.
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
