🎯 Role Overview:

As a Wellness Business Associate (WBA), you will serve as a frontline ambassador for Divine Wellness solutions — helping individuals make better health choices, guiding them to consultations, and ethically offering our range of Ayurvedic and Satwik products.

You will play a vital role in expanding our wellness movement, not just through sales — but by building meaningful, values-driven relationships with those seeking real transformation.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote The Divine Touch’s philosophy and holistic wellness offerings.
• Onboard new patients through outreach, referrals, wellness events, and digital campaigns.
• Offer basic lifestyle guidance and direct patients to Ayurvedic doctors for consultations.
• Introduce Divine Wellness products in an educational, ethical, and non-pushy way.
• Maintain daily communication and reporting with HQ and designated mentors.
• Build a personal wellness community (online/offline) and nurture long-term engagement.
• Uphold and live by Satwik values in communication, lifestyle, and public image.

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

• Passion for natural health, spiritual living, and serving people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior exposure to wellness, nutrition, Ayurveda, Rajayoga, or marketing is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Willingness to work with performance accountability.
• Proficiency in regional language + basic English/Hindi.
• Mobile phone and internet access required.

💼 Compensation & Growth Path:

🔹 Phase 1: Proving Ground (First 1 Month)

• Earn 25% commission on all revenue (consultations + first-time product sales).
• Goal: 15+ new patients & ₹45,000+ revenue.
• Daily mentoring & HQ support.

🔹 Phase 2: Confirmed WBA (Post 1 Month)

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15000 per month
• Incentives: 10% on new sales, 5% on follow-up sales
• Bonus for top performers: Wellness product hampers, recognition awards, and promotion paths.

Note: If monthly performance (15 patients + ₹45,000 revenue) is not achieved, WBA receives commission-only (25%) until the consistency is regained.
