We’re hiring a results-driven Social Media Executive who understands that content should generate leads — not just likes.

• What You’ll Do: Manage multiple US-based client social media accounts
• Create short-form video content strategies (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Write high-converting captions with strong CTAs
• Build monthly content calendars
• Track performance metrics and optimize for growth
• Support paid ad creatives (Meta)
• What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of social media marketing experience
• Strong copywriting skills (US audience tone)
• Experience with Canva / Cap Cut / basic video editing
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Bonus If You Have: Experience with home service or blue-collar niches
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization
