Automotive Service Advisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically sound Service Advisor to manage service operations at our Bajaj 2-wheeler dealership.

The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating with workshop teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer HandlingAttend customers visiting the service center
• Understand vehicle issues and record service requirements
• Provide clear timelines and cost estimates

Job Card & Service Management

• Create and manage job cards accurately
• Ensure proper documentation in CRM/DMS
• Track service progress and update customers

Workshop Coordination

• Allocate jobs to technicians efficiently
• Ensure timely completion of service jobs
• Resolve delays and bottlenecks

Upselling & Revenue Generation

• Recommend preventive maintenance and service packages
• Promote accessories and add-on services
• Achieve monthly service revenue targets

Quality & Customer Satisfaction

• Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI)
• Follow up with customers post-service

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic technical knowledge of 2-wheelers
• Ability to manage multiple service jobs
• Sales and upselling ability
• Familiarity with workshop processes / CRM systems
