Job Description

We are hiring a Showroom Manager / Branch Manager to oversee complete showroom operations for our Bajaj 2-Wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly vehicle sales targets
• Drive upselling (accessories, finance, insurance)
• Monitor daily sales performance and conversions

Customer Experience

• Ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery
• Handle customer escalations and complaints
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Team Management

• Lead and manage sales team and floor staff
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
• Train team on product knowledge and sales techniques

Operations & Process Management

• Ensure showroom readiness (cleanliness, display, branding)
• Monitor CRM entries, lead tracking, and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and OEM guidelines

Inventory & Coordination

• Coordinate with PDI and inventory team
• Ensure vehicle availability for display and delivery
• Track stock levels and report shortages
