Position Title: Ayurvedic Nurse

Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Ayurvedic Nurse to support Ayurvedic doctors and therapists in delivering authentic Ayurvedic treatments and high-quality patient care. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Ayurvedic physicians in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment procedures.
• Support Panchakarma therapies and other Ayurvedic treatments as instructed by doctors.
• Prepare and administer Ayurvedic medicines, oils, and herbal decoctions.
• Monitor patient vital signs, maintain health records, and provide progress updates.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in treatment rooms and wards.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, diet plans, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Assist in inventory management of Ayurvedic medicines, oils, and consumables.
• Provide basic first aid and nursing care when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for smooth patient service delivery.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.

Key Requirements

Experience·

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an Ayurvedic hospital, wellness centre, or clinical setup preferred.
• Freshers with relevant Ayurvedic or nursing training may be considered.

Educational Qualification

• DAN&P / GNM Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Ayurvedic Nursing certification will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Knowledge of Ayurvedic procedures, herbs, and Panchakarma therapies is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient-centric, and service-oriented approach.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain hygiene, discipline, and ethical patient care standards.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
