Sales Consultant

This role is responsible for generating business through existing customer base, cross-selling loan products, and driving conversions at partner locations. This role involves field sales activities, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets with high customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Identify and reach out to existing customers for cross-selling personal loan products.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.

• Handle customer queries effectively and maintain a positive relationship.

• Achieving monthly sales and productivity targets

• Maintain and update customer details and sales records in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post sales follow-up.

Qualifications- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience- Freshers to 5 years of sales experience will be an added advantage

Functional Competencies- Basic knowledge of KYC and documentation
