Job Description

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, train, and coach sales agents, conducting regular performance reviews and morning huddles.
  • Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement plans to achieve company goals (monthly/quarterly/annual), tracking team KPIs like calls, site visits, and conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and clients to facilitate deals, handling escalated concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Property Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams for property promotions, site visits, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to adjust strategies.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Monitor sales data, analyze reports, and ensure all contracts meet legal requirements.
