Job Description
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, train, and coach sales agents, conducting regular performance reviews and morning huddles.
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement plans to achieve company goals (monthly/quarterly/annual), tracking team KPIs like calls, site visits, and conversions.
