Assistant Store Manager

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Location: Swiggy Instamart POD

Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years only (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in daily POD operations
• Manage picker & loader team and shift planning
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and shrinkage
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance
• Handle basic reporting and coordination with city team

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age must be between 18 to 30 years only
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, warehouse, or quick commerce
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Able to work in rotational shifts
