Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Swiggy Instamart (Nagpur)

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 (In-hand)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Quick Commerce / Retail)

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Job Description:We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) for our Swiggy Instamart store in Nashik. The candidate must have experience in fast-paced quick commerce or retail environments.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle a team of pickers/loaders and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure accurate audits.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and order fulfilment.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and process compliance in the store.
• Coordinate with central teams and report daily performance metrics.
• Requirements:1–3 years of experience in store operations or quick commerce.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and audits.
• Must be from the local Nagpur area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
