Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities

Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials

Coordinate with sales, design, and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives

Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing metrics and reporting tools

Assist in planning and executing events, product launches, and promotional activities

Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience in a marketing or similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, analytics)

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action

Strong organizational and project management skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms

Basic graphic design or content creation skills
