Job Description

Your Responsibilities: 

• Managing all the Prep. plant operational activities at specified SOPs and permitted parameters.
•  Monitor processes and ensure production and product is in compliance to set standards and specification.
•  Responsible for productivity of Prep. Plant and ensure the set targets are met.
•  Ensure measures such as preventive and predictive Maintenance, lubrication are done as per schedules to avoid trouble.
•  Maintain various records and reports in plant log book
•  Make regular checks of plant equipment and make adjustments, repairs for trouble shootings.
•  Ensure to maintain site tidiness and general good housekeeping throughout the Prep. area
•  Report to the shit incharge
•  Responsible for control and reduction of downtime in shift.
•  Responsible for cost effective and timely implementation of the repair program, as well as the preventive maintenance.
•  Ensure compliance with company' safety and other work related policies
•  Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Your Profile:  

• Minimum 12the pass
•  Relevant ITI certification will be preferred
•  05-07 years’ strong related experience.
•  Experience of working in a FMCG or manufacturing organization
