Position: CNC ā Programmer
š Location: Metoda
š Job Timing: Day Shift (8:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
š Week Off: Wednesday
š§ Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ā ā Create and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications
ā¢ā ā Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures for machining operations
ā¢ā ā Set up CNC machines including material loading, workpiece clamping, and program offsets
ā¢ā ā Monitor machining operations to ensure precision, quality, and dimensional accuracy
ā¢ā ā Perform tool changes and necessary tool adjustments during machining
ā¢ā ā Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling, and setup sheets
ā¢ā ā Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
ā¢ā ā Ensure all machined parts meet quality standards and specifications
ā¢ā ā Train and mentor junior machinists and machine operators
š Education:
ā¢ā ā Graduation / Diploma
š§āš¼ Experience:
ā¢ā ā 2 to 3 years (Maximum)
š° Salary:
ā¢ā ā Up to ā¹50,000 ctc (For experienced candidates)
