Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Efficiently manage all Stock Inward (Receiving) and Stock Outward (Dispatch) processes.
• Verification: Inspect incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices to ensure quantity and quality compliance.
• Data Entry: Maintain real-time records of all stock movements in the inventory software (Marg ERP/Tally/Excel).
• Documentation: Handle all store-related documents, including Delivery Challans, Gate Passes, and Material Requisition notes.
• Physical Audit: Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile any discrepancies with the system records.
• Organization: Ensure the warehouse/store area is neatly organized for easy retrieval and safety.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the Purchase and Sales departments to report low-stock levels and avoid shortages.
