Warehouse Manager -E-commerce Operations

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to handle complete day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will manage 30–40 warehouse staff and ensure smooth inward, storage, packing, and dispatch operations for our e-commerce business.

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities

• Complete management of the warehouse operations

• Handling incoming stock, outgoing stock, and stock placement

• Maintaining proper stock records and inventory movement

• Ensuring correct storage, labeling, and organization of products

• Managing packing, dispatch, and courier coordination

• Supervising and managing 30–40 warehouse staff

• Assigning daily tasks and ensuring staff productivity

• Coordinating with courier partners, transporters, and delivery boys

• Tracking inward and outward parcels on a daily basis

• Handling damaged, missing, or returned items

• Ensuring timely dispatch of all orders

• Maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse

• Communicating daily updates to company founders / co-founders

• Coordinating with office, operations, and logistics teams

• Ensuring smooth end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce operations

✅ Requirements

• Male candidate, below 35 years

• Experience in warehouse / logistics / e-commerce operations

• Ability to manage large teams (30+ staff)

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati; basic English preferred)

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and dispatch processes

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible nature
