Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Enter daily store transactions in ERP software. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials. Update stock movement, purchase entries, and issue records

2. Inventory Management Support: Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory reports. Perform data verification during stock audits. Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records

3. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of GRN, invoices, and stock registers. Organize and file records systematically for easy retrieval

4. ERP Handling: Work efficiently on ERP software for data entry and reporting. Generate reports as required by management

5. Coordination: Coordinate with store, purchase, and accounts departments. Report discrepancies, shortages, or data errors immediately

Required Skills: Good typing speed and accuracy, Basic knowledge of ERP software, Proficiency in MS Excel, Attention to detail

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate & 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with ERP knowledge can apply)
