Hotel / General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily hotel operations, conducting property inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage operating budgets, P&L reports, and cost-control initiatives to maximize ROI.
• Guest Satisfaction: Implement strategies to maintain high service levels, address guest feedback, and enhance loyalty.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work culture.
• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate on, and execute, marketing campaigns and revenue management strategies.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security laws. Cvent +9

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in hotel management, often requiring previous experience in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
