About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualizer proficient in SketchUp and D5 Rendering to create realistic 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthrough animations. The candidate will work closely with the design team to transform 2D drawings and concepts into high-quality visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

·      Convert 2D drawings / sketches into detailed 3D models using SketchUp.

·      Produce photorealistic renders, lighting setups, and textures using D5 Rendering.

·      Create walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animated presentations in D5.

·      Develop interior and exterior visualizations for residential & commercial projects.

·      Ensure renders are delivered in high quality and within project deadlines.

·      Coordinate with designers/architects to understand design intent.

·      Maintain an organized library of materials, textures, models, and render settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Diploma / Bachelor’s in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

·      Proficiency in SketchUp (3D modeling) and D5 Rendering (real-time rendering & animation).

·      Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator for post-production (preferred).

·      Strong eye for detail, lighting, material realism, and composition.

·      Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renders & walkthroughs (must be submitted).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

·      Experience in residential, commercial, or architectural visualization projects.

·      Knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, , or V-Ray is a plus.

·      Ability to create VR presentations and interactive walkthroughs.
