Job Summary: The Academic Counselor will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing course guidance, managing admissions, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and coordination with academic and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and learning outcomes
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
• Use basic MS Excel for data entry and reporting
• Coordinate with trainers for batch scheduling and demos
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
• Support branch operations and administrative activities when required
