Academic Counsellor - FOS (Direct Sales)

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment

Qualification

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding   sales targets and earning incentives.

Industry Knowledge: 

Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly with products and services for the K-10 and K-12 education sector’s Test Prep segment, is highly preferred.(Its Preferred but Not a Mandate)

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Working Days:

• 6 days working week. Monday Fixed week off

• Candidate needs to bring your own device

1–2 years of field sales experience (EdTech, Insurance, Telecom preferred)

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Role: Field visits, student/parent interaction, product demos & closures.
