We are looking for a confident and target-driven Academy Admission Counselor who can convert inquiries into enrolled students through structured follow-up and professional counseling.

This is a revenue-generating role with strong growth and incentive potential.

• 🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with all incoming leads within 15–30 minutes
• Counsel students about course structure, career opportunities & fees
• Handle objections and close admissions
• Maintain 100% lead data entry in CRM
• Track daily follow-ups and update status
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with training team after enrollment
