Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team! If you live and breathe numbers, have a rock-solid understanding of accounting principles, and can navigate Tally with your eyes closed, we want to meet you.

Your mission will be to ensure our financial records are flawless, compliant, and ready to drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do 🚀

• Maintain the Books: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Tally Mastery: Efficiently manage all data entry, voucher creation, and inventory management using Tally Prime/ERP 9.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L) for management review.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with GST filings, TDS returns, and ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met on time.
• Audit Readiness: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your friends).
• Accounting Fluency: A deep understanding of accounting standards, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial regulations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
